Head of Sales

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent strategic thinking skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.


Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and create plans to exploit them.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to build a high-performing team.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage key accounts and oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions.

Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
  • Communicate sales performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and contract terms.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
