Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify market opportunities and create plans to exploit them.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to build a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage key accounts and oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
- Communicate sales performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and contract terms.
