Location and Legalities

This full-time Finance Manager position is based in our Madrid, Spain office with the flexibility for hybrid-remote work. Applicants are required to have legal EU work status.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Finance Manager with expertise in accounting principles to join our team. This role is crucial in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our leadership team to:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in line with US GAAP.

• Manage financial transactions and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.

• Liaise with external partners, including banks, auditors, and vendors, particularly those based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Financial operations (billing, tax, accounting, annual reporting, controlling)

• Develop and maintain financial strategies in accordance with Ultralytics’ objectives and US accounting standards.

• Manage the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and consolidated reports.

• Ensure financial records are compliant with US GAAP and other international regulatory requirements.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform risk assessment, and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management into all aspects of the business.
